Privacy policy

What gets collected
Nothing personal. The coin flip happens entirely inside your browser: there is no form to fill in, no account to create, and nothing you do here is sent to us. flipfor.me does not know who you are.
Your tally
The running heads/tails tally is saved in your browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. It never leaves your device, it is not tied to any identity, and clearing your browser data erases it.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as how many people visit and roughly where from. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes that data under Google's privacy policy. Your flips and your tally are never part of that measurement.
Fonts
The typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests the font files from Google's servers. That request includes your IP address, as any web request does, and is covered by the same Google policy linked above.
Server logs
The pages are delivered through Cloudflare and a hosting server, which keep routine logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) for security and uptime, as nearly all hosts do. Those logs follow the providers' own policies.
Third parties
Google Analytics and Google Fonts, both described above, are the only third-party services in use. There are no ad networks, pixels, or embeds. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.
